Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To mass-produce a specific light guide plate with good brightness balance which enables the automatic generation of a print pattern of dots and eliminates the need to input data, dot by dot, to CAD. CONSTITUTION:The area rate (y) of the light guide plate 1 before new dot printing to a position (x) at a specific distance from the light incidence surface 4 of the light guide plate 1 is found from a relational equation y=f(x) with an area rate (yn) at a distance (xn) from the light incidence surface 4 to the section center part, and the found area rate (y) and a properly selected dot- to-dot pitch (p) are used to calculate the radius (R) of the dot at the position (x) from R=(p .y/100pi)(y: unit %); and dots having the found values (R) are drawn at the position (x) and at every pitch (p) through the operation of the CAD.
