Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which can give a molding excellent in antistatic properties, impact resistance and appearance and reduced in delamination. CONSTITUTION:This composition is prepared by melt-mixing 1-99wt.% thermoplastic resin prepared by copolymerizing 0.5-60wt.%, based on the resinous polymer, at least one unsaturated compound containing at least one functional group in the production of a resinous polymer by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound above or together with a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence or absence of a rubbery polymer with 0-98 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound above or together with a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence or absence of a rubbery polymer and 50-1 pt.wt. polyethylene glycol of an average molecular weight of 200 or above.
