Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of defective substrates by checking and then cleaning the blinding in a screen part. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a cleaner part 14 for cleaning the screen part 5, an NC part for driving the cleaner part 14, a recognition camera 4 for recognizing the state of the screen part 5, and an image treatment device 12 for treating the image information from the recognition camera 4 and detecting the blinding condition. By commands from a control part 13 based on the information from the image treatment device 12, the cleaner 14 is actuated at an NC part 11, to thereby positively prevent the blinding in the screen part 5 and also prevent the occurrence of print unevenness.
