Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent printing from being continued in a state of no water supply to the offset impression drum. CONSTITUTION:A water supply roller 15 being partially immersed in water 14a is provided in a water tank and a water-applying roller 16 is provided between the water supply roller 15 and the offset impression drum 11. The water applying roller 16 is designed to be in contact with the water supply roller 15 and the offset impression drum 11. The rotation of the water supply roller 15 is detected by means of a magnetic sensor 27 and the contact condition of the water applying roller 16 is detected by means of a contactless switch. On the basis of any one of signals of a stop signal from the magnetic sensor 27 and a non-contact signal from the contactless switch 28, a supply feeder 20 is stopped by means of a control device 30.
