Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To readily mount a roof unit by forming a solar batteryin a laminar shape on the upper surface of a metalsubstrate except the connecting end of the substrate,thereby preventing the battery from damaging even if the end is bent. CONSTITUTION:A ledge 14 is secured through waterproof paper 12 onto the upper surface of a field plate 10, and so secured to connect roof units 16 with solar battery adjacent at the side of the ledge 14. The units 16 are disposed in a laminated structure, and a solar battery 22 is provided on the upper surface of a stainless steel substrate 18 except the upper end of the substrate 18 and lower end connectors 20A, 20B. The connector 20A is bent in an inverted L shape along the side of the ledge 14, and the end of the connector 20B is bent downward. The battery 22 is not mounted on the connectors 20A, 20B to avoid the damage. A connecting electrode 26 and a protective film 28 are formed on the upper surface of the battery 22 to mount the unit 16 on the plate 10 through the paper 12 and the ledge 14. |
