FACSIMILE TERMINAL EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To transmit and receive data of a controller without through paper by connecting a controller outputting character code data and the facsimile terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A controller 7 and an external interface connector 5 are connected by cable, etc. Data signal sent from the controller 7 is received by the external interface connector 5. The received data signals are converted into facsimile signals by a data converting controller 8 to be stored in a large capacity memory 9 for transmission. With a wall known exchange operation, the stored facsimile signals are sent through a transmission line after connected to the other facsimile equipment. When receiving facsimile signals from the transmission line, they are once stored in a large capacity memory 10 for reception, When an operator instructs the transmission to the external interface connector 5 by means of a control board 3, the facsimile signals are converted into data signals and sent to the external interface connector 5 by the facsimile data converting controller 8.
