CONSTITUTION:A main body 18 where the 1st screw hole 12, the 2nd screw hole 14 and a positioning portion 16 are formed, a fixed screw 22 that has a taper place 20 at its inner periphery surface and fits into the 1st screw hole 12, a collet member 24 that is engaged with the positioning portion 16 and at the same time whose diameter is contracted at the taper place 20 of the fixed screw 22, a bite 26 that is retained at the inner periphery surface of the collet member 24, and an adjustment screw 30 that fits into the 2nd screw hole 14 and can adjust the projecting quantity of the cutting edge portion 28 of the bite 26, are equipped.
