Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a write protecting method of a memory in which hardware need not be changed at the time of changing a write protection area and besides, there is no substantial burden on the hardware due to the number of the write protection areas. CONSTITUTION:The memory 2 is divided into arbitrary areas, and information to show the propriety of the write of every divided area is stored beforehand in the memory 3 in the form of a list, and at the time of the write, this stored information is referred to in accordance with a write address, and the propriety of the write corresponding to the address is determined.
