Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the structure which can turn freely even if a rotary joint of a lowering piping is tigh tend to a state being endurable to high hydraulic pressure, and also, to simply execute the piping work. CONSTITUTION:Pressure rotary joints R1-R2 are constituted of a female tube joint A, a male tube joint B inserted into the female tube joint, a cap nut 11 screwed and attached to the female the joint, a flange part 5 of the male tube joint inserted and hold so as be freely turntable by the tip of the female tube joint and a stopper part 10 of the cap nut, and a means 7 for sealing between both the joints. By connecting plural short pipes by the pressure rotary joint, a lowering piping unit U1 is formed. To a branch pipe connecting part 1 of this unit, a branch pipe 31 is connected, and also, in a sprinkler fitting part of the unit, a sprinkler head is installed.
