Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To suppress the heat loss in a case during normal operation and to rapidly execute a fire extinguishing action by surely supplying an extinguishing agent from a nozzle into the case in the event of the outbreak of a fire. CONSTITUTION:An injection nozzle 9 for injecting and supplying ceramic particles S as the granular extinguishing agent together with an inert gas is provided in the side wall of the case housing the integrated batteries 5 consisting of the sodium-sulfur batteries. A cap body 11 which normally closes the spraying nozzle 9 and is opened by the pressure of the above-mentioned inert gas in the event of the outbreak of a fire is provided in this nozzle.
