Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the cost by connecting multiple light collecting/emitting units buried along the center line of a road with an optical fiber, transmitting the head lamp light collected by a light collecting/emitting unit to the next light collecting/emitting unit for luminescence in sequence. CONSTITUTION:Light collecting/emitting units 1 are buried along the center line 4 of a road, and they are connected by an optical fiber 2. The head lamp light collected by a light collecting/emitting unit 1 is transmitted to the next light collecting/emitting unit by the optical fiber 2 for luminescence in sequence. Energy can be effectively utilized without requiring a special light source, and the production cost and the fitting construction cost can be sharply reduced.
