Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the resin composition excellent in dimensional stability and heat resistance, etc., by kneading in a molten state a specific resin and an organic solvent using a specific kneader to limit the organic solvent content of the final composition to a specified level. CONSTITUTION:(A) A total of 100 pts.wt. of a resin of (1) 5-95wt.% of a noncrystalline thermoplastic resin (pref. >=50 deg.C in glass transition temperature, e.g. polyphenylene ether) and (2) 95-5wt.% of a crystalline thermoplastic resin (pref. a saturated polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate) and (B) >=1.0 pt.wt. of an organic solvent (pref. xylene, toluene) are kneaded in a molten state using a kneader provided with a vent port and a vacuum device at the vent port with the vent port kept at reduced pressures, thus obtaining the objective composition
