PURPOSE:To provide a brightening decorative sheet enriched with a feeling of high quality and high class, and variations. CONSTITUTION:The sheet has parts wherein beads B of 800mum or less in its particle diameter are held between at least two adjacent projections of unevenness given on the surface side of a synthetic resin layer formed on the base material surface P and are buried by at least 10% in the dimension of height direction of the beads B. On the base material surface P, synthetic layers 11, 12, 13 are formed and beads B of 800mum or less in its particle diameter are scattered and, subsequently, a mechanical embossing process is given thereto. It Is available to effect a heat treatment prior to performing the mechanical embossing process. By the mechanical embossing process after conducting the mechanical embossing process or heat treatment, the beads show various buried embodiments, as a result, a decorative sheet can be obtained which has no feeling of glare and has tasteful brightness.
