Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a double-layered steel panel excellent in pitting corrosion resistance by arranging a metal layer based on zinc between two or more steel panels through a resin. CONSTITUTION:A metal layer 3 based on zinc is arranged between steel panels 1, 2 through a resin. By this constitution, the erosion of the steel panels starting from a film damaged part when painting is applied to the steel panels is limited only to one steel plate and the other steel panel develops good pitting corrosion resistance because the anticorrosion action of the metal layer based on zinc is developed long.
