Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a foam panel wherein a plate-like body to be a face material is continuously and integrally molded simultaneously with foaming by using foaming resin particles. CONSTITUTION:Between two belts 6 which move continuously along up and down faces on the inside of a tunnel structure 5 having a cross section of almost rectangle, a plate-like body 7 having a part opening at least at the upper part is arranged. While foaming resin particles 1 are supplied on the plate-like body 7 and moved continuously, the foaming resin particles 1 are heated by a heating device 3, fused with expansion, and molded integrally with the plate-like body 7, thereafter, cooled by a cooling device 4.
