Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a konjak product in low cost and large quantities by sealing a paste of konjak raw material in a flat and long bag made of a transparent flexible synthetic resin, successively melt bonding the bag every required amount, individually forming a trigonal pyramid part and subjecting the trigonal pyramid part to thermal sterilization in a state packed in the bag. CONSTITUTION:A konjak raw material paste 2 is sealed in a flat and long bag 1 made of a transparent flexible synthetic resin such as polyethylene. Then the sealed and flat long bag 1 is successively melt bonded in the direction mutually crossing at right angle every boundaries to form melt bonded part 3 and trigonal pyramid parts 4, 4... is individually formed between each melt bonded parts 3, 3... Then the bag-packed konjak is subjected to thermal sterilization to readily provide freshly packed konjak product.
