PURPOSE:To surely bring a tube and a plunger into contact with each other owing to a wire processed spring even if the force applied to the tip part of the plunger gets out of the axial direction of a tube by building the wire processed spring in the tube. CONSTITUTION:An end face 1A having a step is formed in a tube 1, a compressive coil spring 2 is put in the tube 1, the end part 2A touches the end face 1A of the tube 1, and the spring is expanded and contracted in the axial direction of the tube 1. A wire processed spring 3 is connected in the way that two arcs of the spring are expanded to the outside from the inner diameter of the tube 1 and the spring is joined with the end part 2B of the compressive spring 2 and is brought into contact elastically with the inside of the tube l. A plunger 4 is put in the tube 1, has a trench 4B deeper than the wire processed spring 3 at the end face 4A and the wire processed spring 3 is inserted in the trench 4B and thus a center part 4C having smaller outer diameter than both end parts is formed.
