The surrounding foam electric conductors 18 consist of an layer and an inner layer made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. The outer layer is a aluminum tape and the inner layer is a foam metal in which bubbles are not connected to each other so that they are completely independent. Thus, the hydrotaxis in the electrical wire is prevented.
