PURPOSE:To provide an electrical wire having light weigh and not corroded by blocking soaking water even though a hole is made in a surface of an electrical wire. CONSTITUTION:An aerial transmission line is manufactured into an ACSR(iron core aluminum stranded wire) structure in which foam electric conductors 18 for electrical wires are coaxially layered and strauded in opposite directions in alternate layers around a strauded wire of galvanized steel wires 17. The surrounding foam electric conductors 18 consist of an layer and an inner layer made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. The outer layer is a aluminum tape and the inner layer is a foam metal in which bubbles are not connected to each other so that they are completely independent. Thus, the hydrotaxis in the electrical wire is prevented.
