Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate timer video recording by setting a clock of a remote controller in the manner of receiving the accurate present time from the main body of VTR. CONSTITUTION:When the remote controller 1 is replaced or the like, the device 1 is faced to the main body 2 of VTR at first and a demand to transfer the clock information of the side of VTR 2 is transmitted by using a bottom input part 108. This demand is received by the VTR 2 to send back the clock information bucket to the device 1. By the device 1, contents of the clock in the device 1 are replaced with those of the transferred clock at the time point when the clock information bucket is received.
