Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To reduce the slide resistance by achieving the rolling over the whole range of the slide quantity by fixing a rolling member for guiding three leg parts of a trun nion member in the axial direction, in free rolling on the inner wall surface of a cup shaped outward member. CONSTITUTION:A triboard type uniform speed universal joint is mainly constituted of a trunnion member 2 having three leg parts 1 extending in the radial direction from an equal peripheral distribution position, cup shaped outward member 3 which accommodates the trunnion member 2, and a rolling member 5 which is positioned on both the sides in the peripheral direction of the leg part 1. In revolution, the power transmission from the trunnion member 2 to the outward member 3 is carried out through the contact between the inner cylindrical surface 10b of a guide member 10 and the spherical surface 7b of the roller 7 of the rolling member 5. When the displacement in the axial direction is generated between the trunnion member and the outward member 3, the cylindrical surface 10b on the load side of the guide member 10 performs the rolling guide in the axial direction by the spherical surface 7b of the roller 7 which rolls around the shaft member 6 of the rolling member 5. Further, when an angular displacement is generated, the spherical surface 7b of the roller 7 contact-guides the cylindrical surface 10b of the guide member 10, and the angular displacement is achieved. |
