PURPOSE:To obtain building ceramic plates as a baseboard equipped with decorative efficiency and functional efficiency, a stair L temperature, a coping, a decorative wall board, etc., by combining simple beauty possessed by the ceramic with light projection of a light emission diode. CONSTITUTION:Built-in recesses 2 of LED substrates 4 are thickness relief on the rear, through-holes facing light emission diodes 5 loaded to the LED substrates 4 are arranged between the front and the bottoms 2a of the recesses, and building ceramic pate materials 1 such as a baseboard having specific width and length, a stair L template, a coping, a decorative wallboard, etc., are manufactured by a normal method. The LED substrates 4 are built in the built-in recesses 2 to face the through-holes 3 to the light emission diodes 5, wiring connection members 6 are intensified to the rear, and the built-in recesses 2 are filled with airtight members 7 such as silicon to maintain their waterproof efficiency.
