Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition, composed of a specific polyphenylene ethereal resin, a specified aliphatic polyamide, a specific compatibilizing agent and specified inorganic fiber, excellent in melt fluidity, rigidity, strength, dimensional stability and impact resistance and useful as automotive parts, etc. CONSTITUTION:The resin composition is composed of 100 pts.wt. total amount of (A) preferably 30-60wt.% polyphenylene ethereal resin such as poly(2,6- dimethyl-1,4-phenylene)ether having 0.52-0.65dl/g intrinsic viscosity measured in chloroform at 30 deg.C and (B) preferably 70-40wt.% aliphatic polyamide having 10000-30000 number-average molecular weight measured according to the amount of end groups such as polyamide 6, (C) preferably 0.01-10 pts.wt. compatibilizing agent such as maleic anhydride and (D) preferably 5-150 pts.wt. inorganic fiber such as glass fiber.
