PURPOSE:To simplify the selective attaching of different types of labels, and make the device smaller by a method wherein one unit among a plurality of label printing/attaching units is selected and moved to a label attaching position, and that unit alone is made to perform the suction and jetting of air. CONSTITUTION:Label printers 100, 200 are provided rotatably around an axis O for a label printing/attaching device 30. The label printers 100, 200 have the same constitution which has a label printing/issuing function and label attaching function as well, and either one of the functions is selected by a display control section, and it is constituted in such a manner that the selected printer is turned and set at a label attaching position P. A suction/jetting element is provided at label issuing ports 101, 201 of respective label printers 100, 200, and for the label printer 100 or 200 which is set at the label affixing position P, the suction/jetting of air is performed by a blower, and temporary attraction of a removed label by suction and the attaching by jetting are performed.
