Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To mold an annular member (molded by mutually bonding both ends of arched member) used at the time of the production of a pneumatic tire provided with raised letter while conserving a material. CONSTITUTION:When the material G is extruded to the receiving surface 14 of a rotating molding disc 113 from an extruder 21 to be bonded thereto to mold an arched member K, the rotational speed of the molding disc 13 is changed. By this constitution, the thickness of the arched member K is changed in its peripheral direction but, if the thick area of the arched member K is allowed to coincide, for example, with an area provided with a raised letter, the gauge of an area other than the raised letter can be made thin and the conservation of a material and the wt. reduction of a product tire can be achieved.
