Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To display a horizontally synchronizing jitter in a video signal by the angle of subcarrier frequency. CONSTITUTION:A pair of color components in a color video signal are demodulated by a demodulator 13 in accordance with the color video signal and its subcarrier frequency and these demodulated color components are displayed on a display means 16 by a vector format. A synchronizing vector generator 20 generates a burst signal triggered horizontally synchronously at frequency equal to the subcarrier frequency and a multiplexer 18 combines the burst signal with the color video signal to display the vector of a horizontally synchronizing jitter on a display means.
