CONSTITUTION:An inner container 2 having a sample chamber 18 formed therein is arranged in an outer container 1 and air passages 19 are formed to the inside of the inner container 2 and the space between the inner and outer containers 2, 1 and a heater 22 is provided to the inside of the outer container 1 and a mixing, stirring and circulating fan 28 circulating air through the passages 19 formed to the inside of the inner container 2 and the space between both containers 1, 2 is provided in the inner container 2.
