Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a bearing element by a simple means, which ensures an appropriate control of vibrations at least within a small range of frequencies. CONSTITUTION: A bearing element, especially suitable as aggregated bearings, has inserts 9, 10 made of a considerably hard material within a block 5 made of a resilient material. Facing surfaces 15 and 11, 12 of the inserts extend in nonparallel directions to at least partially extinguish sound waves of disturbing vibration frequencies by interference after reflection from the surfaces.
