PURPOSE:To improve burglarproof effect of a remote control lock device by operating a lock mechanism through an unlock signal generated when a detected random number code is conformed to the memorized one. CONSTITUTION:At first, a signal output from a transmitting device for remote control is received with a lock device 2. It is judged whether the code signal is received or not, through an antenna 43, a RF amplifying circuit 44, and a demodulating circuit 45, by means of a signal discriminating circuit 46. Next, a fixed code is read out from a fixed code memory circuit 37 by means of the signal discriminating circuit 46, it is judged whether the same code as the fixed code is contained in the received code signals or not. Next, a random number code corresponding to a random number address read out from an address memory circuit 39 is read out from a random number memory circuit 38 following to a decided rule, and it is compared with the random number code in the received codes. When they are conformed to each other, a drive signal is given to a lock control circuit 42, so as to unlock a lock mechanism.
