Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce a vinyl chloride resin having high bulk specific gravity without increasing the formation of transparent particles and the generation of fish-eye in molding. CONSTITUTION:Three kinds of partially saponified polyvinyl acetates having different saponification degrees and average polymerization degrees are used at specific ratios and subjected to suspension polymerization in an aqueous medium in the presence of a water-soluble phosphoric acid salt while keeping the net agitation power to 1.0-2.5kW/m until the polymerization conversion reaches 30%.
