Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make handling properties of a cushioning material for molding of a laminated sheet favorable, prevent resin from adhering to the cushioning material and also make the cushioning material superior in durability. CONSTITUTION:Fluorine resin impregnated cloth is used as a surface layer 1. A core layer 2 is obtained by placing a cement quality-mineral fiber-binder resin mixed plate 4 between two silicone rubber sheets 3. Those surface layer 1 and core layer 2 are integrated by hot press molding by interposing a glass woven fabric base epoxy resin prepreg 5 between them. It is necessary that a cushioning material has the bending modulus of elasticity of at least 6000kg/cm and compression permanent strain of at most 30%.
