Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To wake low the value of an electric field between the wire conductor of a winding lead and a grounded part, to improve the insulation properties of the lead as well as to contrive the facilitation of the manufacture of the lead by a method wherein a circular filler is provided on the farther inner side of an insulator and a stranded conductor is formed in a hollow state. CONSTITUTION:A winding lead consists of an insulating base material and a filler 4 is provided in the center part of the circular section of the base material. A wire conductor 5 consisting of a multitude of wires is provided on the side of the outer periphery of the filler 4 into a hellow form. An insulating tape 6 is wound on the conductor 5 extending over so many layers along farther outer periphery of the conductor 5. The outer diameter of the conductor 5 of the lead to connect electrically windings in the interior of an electromagnetic induction apparatus, such as a transformer, with a bushing and the like, which are mounted to the outer case of the apparatus, is made larger for a grounded structure 3, which is in close approximate to the lead, and the value of an electric field between a surface of the conductor 5 and the structure 3 can be made lower. That is, the stranded conductor 5 is arranged with its outer diameter being enlarged, the value of an electric field between the conductor 5 and a grounded part is low, becomes a proper value and the manufacture of the lead, which is superior in insulation properties, can be easily achieved.
