CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a vehicle information storage means 16, a product information storage means 12, and order information storage means 11, a shipping information storage means 14 and a stringing processing means 20 assigning shipping product information of the shipping information storage means 14 to vehicle information of the vehicle information storage means 16. The stringing processing means 20 has the memories of a vehicle delivery reference value, a shipping product selection priority condition, a vehicle selection priority condition, a loading evaluation condition, etc.. a classifying function, an order giving function, a temporal stringing function and a loading evaluating function.
