Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a smooth bottom face being suitable for adoption as the bottom face of a water tank for a shallow water test and the installation bottom face of a membrane tank of a plant. CONSTITUTION:A panel P having a panel main body 2 made of precast concrete and having an upper surface finished to be smooth is prepared. Bolts 3 for regulation in the vertical direction are fitted to the panel main body 2 beforehand. Bolt support blocks 8 are positioned and installed on a foundation surface 7. The panel P is disposed on the foundation surface 7 and the regulation bolts 3 are made to engage with the bolt support blocks 3. Screwing of the regulation bolts 3 to the bolt support blocks 8 is adjusted and thereby the level of the upper surface of the panel main body 2 is made horizontal.
