CONSTITUTION:Support holding members 7, 8 made of ceramic in a cylindrical shape and having locking flanges 7a, 8a inside are provided, and respectively fitted to a metal support 4 from the front and the rear and holding it between them, and these support holding members 7, 8 are held in a converter container 1 through mats 9, 10 and washers 11, 12.
