Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To keep the cooling temperature constant by a method wherein cooling water which cools dilution water is circulated to cool the inside of a storage compartment. CONSTITUTION:A box 12 which contains a tight-sealed bag filled with concentrated beverage is placed in a storage compartment 3 and a delivery tube 21 attached on the tight-sealed bag is stretched and set on a peristaltic pump 22. At this time, the concentrated beverage in the storage compartment 3 is cooled because cooling water in a cooling water tank 5 exchanges heat at a heat exchanger 18. When the peristaltic pump 22 is brought in operation, the delivery tube 21 is squeezed, causing the concentrated beverage to be discharged. Then, the concentrated beverage is supplied after diluted with dilution water cooled in the cooling water tank.
