PURPOSE: To reduce the installing area and prevent a sensor from being influenced by other temp. than the air temp. in an automobile by setting a temp. sensor and a casing opened in a casing. CONSTITUTION: The controller for the inner temp. control of an automobile comprises a casing 5 housing a target value setting unit and a comparator element 2, a fan 4 having a drive motor 5 and a temp. sensor 6 which is disposed in an intake air flow provided by the fan 4 for sucking air in the room, the temp. sensor 6 and the fan 4 are disposed and opened in the casing 5, the fan 4 used a thrust radial fan and the temp. sensor 6 is disposed in its axial intake air flow. Thus the air flow sucked from in the automobile is used for actuating the temp. sensor to determine the actual value, the air flow passed through the temp. sensor is used as a refrigerant for escaping extra heat from the controller and hence the controller is automatically held at the temp. in the automobile.
