PURPOSE:To enable partial lamination in one stage and to enhance productivity and tear strength by providing unevennesses on the surface of a press roller and partially contact-bonding the base material and thermoplastic resin in the case of extruding thermoplastic resin and performing laminating work. CONSTITUTION:In the case of delivering base material 12 such as fabric and nonwoven fabric from a first delivering machine 11 and performing polysandwiching by mutual base materials, the other base material 20 is delivered from a second delivering machine 19. Further thermoplastic resin 14 is extruded from a T-die extruder 13 and pressed by a press roll 15 and a cooling roll 16 and laminated on the base materials. The obtained laminated material is wound by a winder 18. In this case, a press roll 1 having a pattern provided with e.g. circularly projected parts 2 on the surface is used as the press roll 15. The part contact-unbonded by the press roll 15 is formed as an unadhesive part. The partially contact-bonded part is formed as an adhesive part. Thereby the laminated material proper for a medical sheet and a surgical goom or the like is obtained which is excellent in the touch, flexibility and tear strength.
