Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide eucalyptus tea obtained from eucalyptus leaves as raw material, highly rich in fat, glucid and tannin, also rich in inorganic ingredients such as K and Na, having pharmaceutical activity, carcinostatic activity, hypotensive activity, etc., also having unique flavor. CONSTITUTION:The objective tea can be obtained by steaming, crumpling and drying eucalyptus leaves. The eucalyptus is pref. lobster eucalyptus or lemon eucalyptus. It is recommended that this tea be produced by steaming the raw leaves of such eucalyptus at 100 deg.C for 30 see followed by rapidly cooling and then primary drying and crumpling and finally drying to the moisture content at
