Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a still picture communication system which divides the picture inputted from a camera into plural partial pictures to take them in and reproduces a synthesized picture of high definition free from distortion on boundaries between partial pictures. CONSTITUTION:A movement extent error calculating means 16 is used to apprise the extent of error to a general control means 15, and a camera 6 is moved by a camera moving means 14, and distortion due to the secular change or the like is eliminated on boundaries between partial pictures to faithfully reproduce the synthesized picture of high definition on a display means 13.
