PURPOSE:To lower inductance constituting a quantum interferometer gate, to reduce the occupying area of the gate and to increase the working speed of the gate by giving a DC bias by a magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic circuit 8 generating magnetic flux interlinking with closed loop sections 5-7, 10 in a quantum interferometer circuit is orga nized of a magnetic substance, and an input signal is DC-biassed. Consequently, a gate can be switched even when magnetic flux generated by input signal currents is reduced, and the inductance of the gate can be lowered only by the reduction section of magnetic flux required for switching. Accordingly, the occupying area of a section constructing inductance is diminished and the gate can be scaled down, and the switching time of the gate can be shortened, thus allowing the operation of the gate at high speed.
