PURPOSE:To eliminate troublesome work of confirming a date and inputting the date, etc., imposed on the operator by changing storage information of a storage means based on a comparison result between the stored information in the storage means and information from a time and date storage means. CONSTITUTION:A date line is stored in a corresponding position of a storage part 8b in accordance with an input from an input device by a control part 8a. Then, data for this date line is stored in a corresponding area of the storage part 8 by the control part 8a. Then, a date line of one day previous to this data and a date line of the next date are inserted. Then, events are added. Then, when a date line is changed by a control device 8, if the date of the head event in a stored list is before a date shown by the date data from a date and time measuring part 8f, the date of the head event is changed to the date from the date and time measuring part 8f, the dates thereafter are changed to suit this change. By this method, it is not necessary for the operator that the date, etc., should be changed one by one.
