PURPOSE:To provide a building maintenance corresponding system using a multifunction telephone set in which the omission of a corresponcent maintenance can be eliminated, a speedy correspondence can be attained, and a manpower can be saved. CONSTITUTION:This system uses plural multifunction telephone sets 1 equipped with a hard set 11, communication control part 12, memory 14, this display 15, touch key 16, printer 17, and data processing means 13, and connected through the communication control part 12 to an electronic switchboard 2', which performs a speech by using the handset 11 and the transmission and reception of maintenance management center side by using the date processing means 13. Then, a communication with a central unit 4 of the management center is operated, and a document preparation image is displayed at a display 15 by switching a menu selection screen of a hierarchical structure according to a selection. Then, when a document is transmitted from the central processing unit 4, the pertinent document is outputted from the printer 17, of stored in the memory 14, and a reception message is displayed at the screen of the display 15 by setting a window.
