Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain a radiation-sensitive plate having high sensitivity for radiation which can be used for the production of a printing plate having a long printing life by using a specified radiationsensitive compsn. CONSTITUTION: This radiation-sensitive compsn. contains a silver halide photosensitive material as a mixture with a hydrophobic synthetic resin which contains plural primary amino acid groups and is soluble with a water-based or semi water-based alkali soln. This radiation-sensitive compsn. is applied on a substrate having a hydrophilic surface to form a radiation-sensitive plate. The obtd. plate can be used to produce a printing plate. The hydrophobic synthetic resin used has combination of characteristics such as oleophilic property, tanning property and solubility with a water-based medium, and features of the resin are plural amino groups, solubility with a water-based or semi water-based alkali soln. and low susceptibility with water when the resin is crosslinked (tanned) with amino groups.
