MEMORY MODULE

PURPOSE:To make a print circuit board for a memory module common. CONSTITUTION:This module has a print circuit board 99 having wiring patterns on which plural DRAM devices can be mounted, and an upper address switch means 103 which is formed on the print circuit board. The upper address switch means 103 is formed so as to judge whether upper side address signals of address signals given to the address input terminal of a module are directly transmitted to a DRAM device 102, or whether the signals of specific fixed levels of the address signals applied to the address input terminal of the module are transmitted to the DRAM device 102 regardless of the upper-side address signals, according to the number of the words of the module.
