PURPOSE:To economically compensate the development of crack and wear and the fear of lowering the hardness in high temp. by dividing an injection cylinder in a die casting machine into at least two partial cylinders in each function. CONSTITUTION:The one injection cylinder 10 is divided into three and a partial cylinder 1 as a guide part, a partial cylinder 2 as a wear resistant part and a partial cylinder 3 as pressure resistant part are formed, respectively. By making each partial cylinder with the optimum material or applying the optimum treatment to each cylinder, while lowering the cost of the whole injection cylinder 10, the prescribed function can be obtd. or the durability in each part in the whole injecting cylinder is balanced. As a result, the durability as the whole injection cylinder 10 can be improved. Further, at the time of developing the crack or the wear in the specific partial cylinder during operation, by changing or treating only this partial cylinder, the other partial cylinders can be used as they are.
