PURPOSE:To make air and steam permeate and besides, prevent the penetration of water or the pollution by the germs by constituting a dressing for surgery out of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer film and a low stimulus adhesive, and making at least either contain antibacterial zeolite. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive layer is stacked on one face of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, and at least either the thermoplastic elastomer film and/or an adhesive layer contains antibacterial zeolite. The zeolite being the matrix of the used zeolite is the aminosilicate of alkali or alkaline eath metal which has a three-dimensionally developed frame skeletal structure, and for the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer film, it is to be desired that a close polyurethane film, for example, 1-10Angstrom in average diameter and 5-15mum in thickness and finely porous polyurethane foam should be used. Hereby, the pollution, etc., from outside can be prevented.
