Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make counterelectromotive force at the time of constant speed transfer approximately constant and detect precise speed by using a coil whose number of turns is greater at both ends than in the middle part. CONSTITUTION:Either of a coil 9 and a magnet 8 is fixed side, while the other is movable, for instance. The coil has a cylindrical bobbin 11 on which the number of turns is greater at both ends than in the middle part. Thereby counterelectromotive force at the time of constant speed transfer is always approximately constant and precise speed detection can be performed even if the edge of the magnet 8 is at any position of the coil 9.
