Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To permit a working machine to be used when an operating section becomes safely protected by a protective frame as well as enable the protective frame to be smoothly introduced into the machine body without obstruction at the inlet. CONSTITUTION:A protecting frame 12 having a protecting attitude covering the upper part of an operation section 5 on the machine body 3 is erectly provided. The frame 12 is also divided in such a way as to enable it to switch to a protective attitude and a lower attitude lower then the protective attitude. A detection means 14 to detect whether the frame 12 is in protective attitude is provided. On the basis of the detected results of the detection means 14, a working machine 6 set on the machine body 3 is put into inactive when the frame 12 is not in a protective attitude by a containment means provided.
