Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To shorten the time of glow start without bringing about a loss of the lifetime and improve the heat radiating conditions. CONSTITUTION: A radiant heater 11 is installed in a glass ceramic plate 12, and in its insulative support 14, heater conductors 18a and 18b are installed consisting of a plurality of wires. The wires are combined and turned in the form of a braid or a strand, preferably twisting hoses. The wires are connected parallel to one another. The heater conductors have a low ratio of evaluated output to the mass or weight, being 7.10 g/W or below.
